NY NEW BALTIMORE — New Baltimore board addresses missing cemetery records affecting family burials. The Town Board passed 14 resolutions during an April 13 meeting dominated by public concerns over missing cemetery plot maps for the Medway Church Cemetery, preventing families with deed-holding rights from confirming burial locations. Councilmember Dave Faul reported that records for Medway and three other cemeteries are missing and that $7,000 transferred when the Town took over the church was not properly segregated into separate accounts as required by law.

The Board approved $52,424.29 in insurance renewal and $204,309.83 in audited claims.
