Building One, located 10 feet from the property line, was approved unconditionally on a 4-0 vote with one abstention.

Building Two, located 5 inches from the property line, was approved 3-1 with one abstention, subject to three conditions restricting further encroachment, managing drainage, and requiring compliance with building codes. No adjoining property owners objected during the May 6 public hearing.
