NY NEW BALTIMORE — Planning Board approves Schoolhouse Lane Garage, accepts cold storage application. The Planning Board unanimously approved Cody Wolfe's Schoolhouse Lane Garage site plan, contingent on compliance with New York State Department of Environmental Conservation consultation regarding potential wetlands, a utility permit from NYSDOT for any work in the state highway right-of-way, and management of stormwater runoff away from state highways. The Board also unanimously accepted a site plan application from Thomas Sterritt for a 3,500-square-foot cold storage building on an adjacent parcel, which will be referred to the Greene County Planning Board for its September meeting.

The Board determined that a proposed fencing modification for Hannacroix Solar requires Planning Board review.
