NY NEW BALTIMORE — New Baltimore approves cemetery plot fee increases and tractor purchase. The Town Board voted unanimously to raise cemetery plot costs to align with regional rates under Resolution 106-2026, with single grave interments now at $800 plus $25 maintenance fee. The Board also voted 4-0 to authorize Highway Superintendent Alan VanWormer to bid up to $10,000 for a 2009 John Deere tractor through Auction International to replace the town's inoperable 1990 Case/International mower.
In routine business, the Board approved a one-year ambulance services agreement with Ravena Rescue Squad for $38,000 through year-end.
