NY NEW BALTIMORE — Planning Board approves 6,000-square-foot contracting facility, schedules hearing. The New Baltimore Planning Board unanimously accepted the site plan application from Cody and Pieter Wolfe for a Schoolhouse Road contracting garage and scheduled a public hearing for August 13, 2026. The board also granted a one-year extension of the Site Plan Approval for Surinder Cheema's Gas Station/Convenience Store at 12552 U.S.
Route 9W, extending approval to June 12, 2027, as the project awaits state environmental approvals. The board renewed JB Car Services' annual Special Use Permit through June 30, 2027, with operator Yevgeniy Sandul reporting minor outstanding items being addressed.
