NY NEW BALTIMORE — New Baltimore Planning Board approves garage and storage projects at August meeting. Chairman Rob VanEtten and the seven-member board unanimously approved Cody Wolfe's Schoolhouse Lane Garage contracting business following a public hearing, subject to environmental and traffic compliance conditions including consultation with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation and a state utility work permit. The board also unanimously accepted Thomas Sterritt's Cold Storage XXVI application, a 3,500-square-foot storage building on a separate parcel, forwarding it to Greene County for September review.

Both projects received SEQRA negative declarations.
