NY NEW BALTIMORE — New Baltimore board hears pitch for $22 million Love's Travel Plaza project near Thruway. The development would create 40 to 60 jobs, mostly full-time positions, operating 24 hours daily from the Camping World site. Love's representatives stated the facility requires approximately $3 to $4 million in water and sewer infrastructure improvements, with a proposed PILOT agreement through the Greene County Industrial Development Agency covering a portion of those costs.

The board unanimously approved four resolutions, including tractor repair authorization, distribution of $2,500 in 250th Anniversary grant funds, acceptance of the Building Planning and Zoning Clerk's resignation, and a $1,350 reimbursement to an artisan for coasters.
