NY NEW BALTIMORE — New Baltimore Zoning Board denies pole barn variance, cites insufficient hardship evidence. Applicant Carl Radzewicz sought relief from side yard setback requirements to construct a garage approximately five feet from his property line on his approximately 2-acre parcel. Chairman Brad Jourdin and the board voted unanimously to deny the application without prejudice, finding that the applicant had not presented sufficient documentation about the septic system location.
The board advised Mr. Radzewicz that he may reapply with an updated survey and verification from a licensed septic contractor confirming the precise location of the septic system and leach field.
