NY NEW BALTIMORE — New Baltimore Zoning Board advances Schultz property variance to February public hearing. The board unanimously issued a negative environmental declaration and scheduled a public hearing for February 4, 2026, on David Schultz's use variance application for the property at 161 Sheller Park Road, which was rezoned from commercial to rural agricultural in 2016. The property currently houses Coleman Concrete and New Team Carports.
Board members expressed concerns about neighborhood compatibility but conditioned any variance on compliance with fire safety and occupancy requirements.
